Return Policy

Items will be allowed for returns under the following circumstances:

  • The size was incorrect - we will exchange your item for the correct size, but the client will be liable for delivery both ways. 
  • Buyers remorse - Should a client decide they do not want an item it must be sent back to us on the clients courier cost and will only be refunded 50% of the full price paid. 
  • Refunds - a refund will only be made if an item was faulty upon arrival. 

Please note - all refunds and returns will only be made once the item in question passed an inspection. A buyer has 72 hours after an item was delivered to notify us of any problems.
